Compare the complete day
Two day cruises can both offer lunch and kayaking while including different transfers, stops and facilities. Compare the final service you will receive rather than treating the headline fare as the whole decision.
Use the same checklist for each choice: pickup zone, meals, entrance fees, kayaking equipment, guided activities and the return journey. Then identify the extras your group is likely to use.
What the two listings say
The Full-Day Lan Ha Bay Tour includes lunch, an English-speaking guide, bay insurance, kayak equipment, dry bags and towels, and entrance fees. Drinks, tips and personal expenses appear in its exclusions.
Serenity Grandeur lists a round-trip Cat Ba Town–Cai Beo bus transfer, a bilingual guide, welcome drink, lunch, entrance tickets, kayaking and swimming gear, a Viet Hai visit by electric car or bicycle, a sunset party and travel insurance. Drinks on board, tips, personal expenses and optional water sports are excluded.
Check where your transfer begins
A local hotel pickup is different from an intercity journey to Cat Ba. Share your accommodation or arrival point so the team can check whether it falls inside the pickup arrangements for your selected service.
If you need a separate transfer, ask for its route, pickup point and charge in the written quote. Compare the cruise return with your onward journey before buying a close connection.
Ask for the total for your party
Send your travel date, adult count and children’s ages, together with dietary requirements and any optional activities you want. Ask for the final VND total and applicable conditions for that exact request.
This guide deliberately avoids a fixed price table. Use the current service information and dated written quote for the amount payable; the blog is a checklist for comparing what that amount includes.
Before you confirm
This guide draws on the listed services and booking policies. Your selected operator’s availability, itinerary, inclusions and final quote are confirmed for your travel date.
