Read any supplement as a service- and date-specific line in the total shown before payment, rather than importing a rule from another product.

Put the travel date at the top of the comparison
A total applies to a particular departure and party. If the date changes, the earlier total should not be assumed to remain valid. Date-specific supplements or different availability can affect the amount, but this guide does not publish a universal holiday calendar or invent a supplement for a day cruise.
Begin with the service name, actual travel date and guest details. A price observed for another date or on another brand’s site is a useful question to clarify, not evidence of the amount that must apply to your booking.
Ask what the additional line represents
If your total shows a supplement, identify the service and guests to which it applies, the date and what is being added. It might relate to a particular arrangement in the booking; it should not be left as an unexplained number beside the total.
Ask whether it is already included in the displayed payable amount or shown as an additional line. This avoids adding it twice in your own comparison. Keep the explanation with your booking rather than relying on a verbal summary passed between members of the group.

Do not import another product’s rule
The Full-Day and Grandeur services are day programmes. A rule remembered from an overnight cabin, a hotel stay or a different operator does not automatically establish a charge for either of them. Match the condition to the actual selected service.
The same applies to children. A party’s confirmed ages and the chosen product’s conditions matter; do not assume that every supplement follows the same child rule as the basic fare. Ask the team to explain the line for your particular guest list before payment.
Recheck a changed date as a new proposal
When requesting another departure, show both the original and requested date. Ask whether the programme, pickup and total remain the same and whether any conditions change. A short reply that the date looks possible is not a confirmed change.
If you also booked transport, include it in the change request but keep its status separate. A cruise adjustment does not itself modify another operator’s service. The site’s terms require changes to be accepted and confirmed in writing; an earlier total is not a substitute for that process.
Keep a clear final amount
Once the date is settled, review one final summary containing the selected service, guest quantities, inclusions, supplements and the complete amount payable. Remove outdated totals from the group chat’s working plan so passengers do not follow different versions.
This is a practical way to understand date-related pricing without pretending that a blog can maintain every live fare or exception. The page you use to choose the experience and the booking you confirm for the actual date should work together: one explains the programme, the other records the arrangement for your party.
Questions answered
Does a holiday supplement on an overnight cruise apply to a day tour?
Not automatically. Conditions must be checked for the actual selected day service and travel date.
If I change the date, does the old total still apply?
Not automatically. Availability, amounts and applicable conditions need confirmation for the new departure.
Before you book
